Volunteers fuel our programs!

PIE3 is a volunteer organization, and we welcome new adults and teens on a regular basis.  During the pandemic, meetings and events have been minimal, but we have continued our work either virtually or in small groups.  If you share our vision of opening opportunity for all students to be on a robotics team and explore STEM fields in a fun and exciting way, you can support us in one of these roles:

• One-day event volunteer (once events resume). No experience is needed.
• Team support as a coach/mentor.  Training and mentoring are provided.  You CAN do this!
• Committee work on the PIE3 Board.  We meet about 4-6 times per year, and value input from throughout the community.  Reply to be invited to a meeting.
• Board membership. We hope to expand beyond the current Board to include more businesses and others with non-profit backgrounds. Let us know your interest, and we can meet to talk about mutual benefits.
• Technical support and instruction.  If you like to tinker, know how to use CAD, are an avid 3D printer, or have other skills you can share occasionally with youth excited to learn more, contact us!
